On Sunday, May 22nd from 1pm-4pm, join Bike Wilmington, City Preservation Planners, and event sponsor, Urban Bike Project, on Wilmington’s first ever heritage-themed guided bike tour. We will start at Dravo Plaza on the Riverfront at 1pm and head out on an eight mile loop, stopping at eight Wilmington heritage spots around the City for behind the scenes information from City staff.

We are doing our part to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, landmark legislation that lead to programs like the National Register of Historic Places, The National Main Street Program, and tax credits that are fueling reuse of historic buildings large and small in Wilmington.
