We offer a full calendar of social rides throughout the spring, summer and fall. Our rides are family-friendly, free, and open to all! They are perfect for beginners, folks new to the area, or experienced riders looking for low-key opportunities to socialize and meet other riders. Due to insurance requirements, all riders must wear a helmet to participate.
Glow Ride Series: Our most popular rides! You do you, as long as you’re luminous. Get creative with glow sticks, spoke lights, and anything you can think of! Please keep in mind that a white headlight and red taillight is legally required for riding at night, so make sure to incorporate those into your glow. Free glow stick bracelet for all participants! Lights will be available for purchase at the shop before the ride.
Country Roads Series: Our Country Roads Rides are designed for riders who are interested in trying longer distances but aren’t sure where to start, or for more experienced riders interested in a non-competitive, social riding experience. Let us introduce you to the hidden gems of Wilmington’s surrounding countryside, and the quieter back roads that make for enjoyable riding. This ride is suitable for folks who have some comfort sharing the road with motor vehicles. Adults only please.
